Risurievun näpertelyt

Here are some pictures of my small project from last month. I tried marbeling technique on few random papers. I used my leftover nail polishes for this project. I was planing to use these papers for cards. I liked how the results looked after they had dried. I finally finished this scarf few weeks ago. I started making this in February. I have been working with other projects during this spring. I made that scarf a bit longer so it would be more practical. I used two different colored yarns,the other was green and the other was purple.

Here is a simple project,which I made last weekend. I had that box for quite a long time. I had bought some comics from the flea market.  I had an idea that I would just cover the box with some of those comics. I used decopage technique for this project.

Here are more handmade notebooks and a thank you card. Recently I have tried making notebooks with different,but simple techniques.  On the first picture there are some "fancy" looking notebooks where I used some nice looking scrap paper and comic book pages and comics which I had cut from a newspaper. In the middle picture there are those simple looking notebooks. I didn't want tovdecoratw them at that time when I made them. I  used folders interleaf for the covers of these simple notebooks. (Maybe I will decorate those covers later) In the last picture there is a thank you card which I made to my boss. (I had an internship at a café). It is the normal technique which I prefer to use nowdays when I'm making cards.

Recently I have been making quite a lot of random notebooks. For the material I have used cardboard,scrap paper, duck tape,pattern paper as well. For the pages I have used empty pages from my old calender. (Really old calender which had quite a lot of pages which I hadn't used).

 I found that small "house" when I was going through my OLD projects. As you can see the painting on that house is not perfect. I made that when I was at fourth grade in comprehensive school. I couldn't keep this any longer because it took too much space. If it would havehad a battery it would have had a small simple light. That small closet I made when I was at six grade in comprehensive school. If it would have a battery,it had a closing mechanism. Anyway I store my random notebooks in that closet. It is spray painted in silver,that is why the painting on it looks so neat. I think that I will keep that closet,because It is practical and I can store some random things in it. Ps: I made both of these projects in my woodwork class a LONG time ago. (In comprehensive school)  :)
